React Developer Needed for Admin Dashboard and Internal Tools Development

"We are looking for a React Developer to build an administrative dashboard on top of an existing backend API. The dashboard will serve internal operations teams and must handle large volumes of tabular data, complex filtering, and real-time updates. The project focuses on frontend implementation, state management, and performance optimization for data-intensive interfaces. Key Responsibilities - Implement UI components based on Figma designs using React and TypeScript - Build complex data tables with filtering, sorting, pagination, and bulk actions - Develop forms with nested validation and conditional logic - Integrate REST and WebSocket APIs for live data updates - Manage application state using Redux Toolkit - Optimize rendering performance through memoization, virtualization, and code-splitting - Write component-level tests where appropriate Requirements - Strong experience with production React applications - Proficiency in TypeScript and Redux / Redux Toolkit - Proven experience building admin panels or data-heavy dashboards - Familiarity with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS - Ability to work from Figma designs independently Nice to Have - Experience with React Query or TanStack Query - Familiarity with charting libraries (Recharts, Chart.js) - Experience with advanced table libraries (AG Grid, TanStack Table) - WebSocket client implementation experience "
