REACT Native Mobile App Developer – Performance-Focused & Skilled

We’re looking for a capable and accountable mobile app developer who lives up to their commitments and doesn't overstate their abilities. This is a pay-for-performance role, best suited for someone who takes pride in delivering real results and supporting a development team that values clarity, integrity, and great customer service. We need a “no nonsense” person to join us. Role Overview: We are in the photo handling business. Our backend is hosted in Amazon cloud (AWS) and S 3, built on SQL and many exposed APIs. Your job is to help us complete and refine a mobile application that presents backend data and collects field input (forms and photos) from users. We are making adjustments based on user feedback weekly. Will need additional UI/UX designs to be inserted. Troubleshooting, reducing number of clicks desired. Your focus is refinement, implementation and some new logic. We need use cases examined and added each week via project management approaches. What We Need: • A developer with strong mobile experience (iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native). • Someone who can debug, optimize, and resolve critical issues quickly and independently. Strong API integration skills, and a clear understanding of how front ends interact with backend logic. • UI/UX common sense — the ability to make smart layout and flow decisions without handholding. • A proactive team player who communicates clearly and collaborates well with our team. Responsibilities: • Finalize and implement mobile app screens and workflows using existing backend APIs. • Identify and fix bugs and performance issues. • Collaborate with backend engineers and designers to ensure smooth handoffs. • Deliver a stable, user-friendly mobile experience with minimal guidance.
