React + Node Developer Needed for Attendance System

We are looking for a developer to build a simple attendance system for our company. Right now we are managing employee attendance manually and it is getting difficult to track check-in/check-out time, late entries and monthly records properly. We want a web-based system where employees can mark their attendance and admin can manage everything from one place. Main requirements are: Employee login Daily check-in and check-out Employee attendance history Admin panel to manage employees View who is present, absent or late Search/filter attendance by employee and date Monthly attendance report Admin should be able to correct an entry if someone forgets to check in/out Prevent duplicate check-ins Export attendance records Basic responsive design for mobile and desktop We would prefer React for frontend, Node.js for backend and PostgreSQL database. We don't need a very complicated HR system. The main purpose is to make daily attendance easier for our team and reduce manual work. There may also be some additional small features once the basic system is ready, so we would prefer someone who can understand the requirement properly and suggest improvements where needed. Please share if you have experience with React/Node admin panels or similar employee management systems.
