React & Node.js Support Engineer

We are looking for a proactive React & Node.js Support Engineer to solve some bugs. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing web applications built with React.js and Node.js. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve production issues, improve application performance, and ensure a seamless user experience. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Provide technical support for React.js and Node.js applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. • Monitor application health and identify performance bottlenecks. • Debug frontend and backend issues using logs and monitoring tools. • Collaborate with developers to implement bug fixes and improvements. • Handle deployments, configuration updates, and release support. • Write and maintain technical documentation for recurring issues and solutions. • Participate in on-call support when required. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 • 5+ years of experience with React.js and Node.js. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+). • Experience with REST APIs and JSON. • Familiarity with Express.js and modern React concepts (Hooks, Context API). • Experience with Git and version control. • Basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.). • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
