FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS 2.1 The platform shall support three account types: User, Agent, and Admin. 2.2 Users and Agents shall be able to register, log in, and manage their accounts. 2.3 Administrators shall have secure access to the Admin Dashboard. 2.4 Users shall be able to search for properties by location, ZIP code, or address. 2.5 Users shall be able to filter properties by price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other criteria. 2.6 Properties shall be displayed in both list and interactive map views. 2.7 Users shall be able to view detailed property information, including images, amenities, and location. 2.8 Users shall be able to save and manage favorite properties. 2.9 Users shall be able to compare multiple properties side by side. 2.10 The platform shall include a mortgage calculator. 2.11 The platform shall display nearby schools, hospitals, parks, restaurants, and shopping centers. 2.12 Users shall be able to contact agents and schedule property viewings. 2.13 Agents shall be able to create, edit, and manage their property listings. 2.14 Administrators shall be able to manage users, agents, and property listings. 2.15 Administrators shall be able to approve, feature, or remove property listings. 2.16 Users shall receive notifications for saved searches and property price updates. 2.17 Payment Integration for Subscription and any Payments. 2.18 The platform shall provide a Flutter mobile application for Android and iOS with the same core functionality as the web platform. 2.19 User accounts, favorites, notifications, and property data shall synchronize seamlessly between the web and mobile applications. 3.
