Senior PHP Developer with AWS architecture background

We need a senior developer to help migrate a legacy PHP application 5.2.10 to a modern cloud environment. The work includes reviewing the current codebase, planning the migration approach, and implementing the transition with minimal disruption. You should be comfortable working with older systems, improving performance, and ensuring the application runs reliably in the new environment. Experience with aws cloud-based architecture and hands-on migration work is important for this project. We would start by understanding our use cases, understanding current state and making recommendations on the best way to do this in a cost effective way. This is for a similar business to a real estate company which shows properties to clients. I want to use as many open source libraries and frameworks that would help with this. It must be PHP based on leveraging AWS. Tools for image resizing, image sorting, image categorization, CRM integration, etc Deep experience is needed with older versions of PHP & MYSQL, AWS, API and other backend systems.
