Senior Software Engineer for AI Evaluation & Coding Projects

We are looking for senior software engineers to work on short-term AI engineering projects involving coding, code review, and evaluation of AI-generated solutions. The work is best suited for someone with strong hands-on development experience who can quickly understand a technical problem, evaluate different implementations, identify issues, and provide high-quality engineering feedback. What you'll do: -Review and evaluate AI-generated code and technical solutions -Solve software engineering problems and create reference solutions -Identify bugs, security issues, performance problems, and architectural weaknesses -Review APIs, backend services, databases, and application architecture -Compare multiple technical solutions and determine which is better -Explain why a solution is correct or incorrect -Work with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, or other common technologies -Complete well-defined tasks within relatively short project cycles What we're looking for -5+ years of professional software engineering experience -Strong hands-on programming skills -Excellent Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript experience -Strong understanding of backend development, APIs, databases, and system architecture -Ability to review someone else's code critically -Good understanding of production-quality software practices -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -Comfortable working with AI-generated code and technical content Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI evaluation is a strong plus. Project Structure These are generally short, focused projects with clearly defined deliverables. The goal is to work efficiently and complete tasks within a short timeframe while maintaining a high technical standard.
