Service my ML Model and provide an API with App for Prod

We hired Data Scientist from Upwork who has developed us a model for Marketing our customers. The model provides Subscription prediction based on traits. But that is a file, I want this to be an API so I can call it in my own software and bring prediction to production. You must be experienced to deliver scalable solution to the problem.
