Telegram Bot Membership System Setup

I’m looking for an experienced developer to build, configure, and deploy a complete automated membership system for a private Telegram channel. The system should support recurring memberships, one-time or custom payments, automated channel access after successful payment, automatic removal when memberships expire, and member/payment tracking. Telegram Stars integration is preferred, including recurring and customizable one-time payment amounts. The solution should also be designed to support additional compatible payment methods in the future. I need someone who can handle bot development, channel integration, payment setup, deployment/hosting, testing, and basic documentation.
