Our website contains approximately 1,800 tutorials with around 18,000 individual lesson videos currently embedded using Vimeo. This project is not intended to be completed manually. We are looking for someone who can build an automated migration process that will save significant time while ensuring every lesson is updated correctly. Scope of Work The successful developer will: Analyse our existing WordPress video implementation. Identify where Vimeo video IDs are stored. Develop a reliable migration process. Download videos from our Vimeo account. Upload videos to Bunny Stream using the Bunny API. Record the mapping between Vimeo IDs and Bunny video IDs. Replace the existing Vimeo video references with the new Bunny Stream references throughout WordPress. Test the migration to ensure videos play correctly. Produce a report highlighting any videos that require manual attention.
