WordPress/Elementor Developer Needed - 4 Pages from Figma Design (Manual Build, No Plugin)

I have a complete Figma design for a client website and need a WordPress/Elementor developer to build 4 of the 9 total pages: Home, About, Services, and Contact. The remaining 5 pages are being handled separately, but you'll need to build the site-wide header and footer, which link to all 9 (I will create blank placeholder pages for the other 5 ahead of time, so you just need to point the nav menu at them). Important: I do NOT want a Figma-to-Elementor auto-import plugin used. We tried one previously and the output was not editable for the end client. This needs to be built manually, using Elementor's native widgets/containers, so it stays easy to edit going forward. Scope: - Home page (full build) - About page (full build) - Services page (full build) - Contact page - build the full layout and styling, but use a placeholder/dummy contact form for now. I will swap in the real form embed myself after delivery. - Site-wide header and footer, built once and applied across all 9 pages (menu links to the 5 pages I'm handling will point to pre-existing blank placeholder pages) What I'll provide: - Full Figma file (PDF exports of each page) - A detailed Site Settings reference: global colors, typography scale, button specs, spacing/layout rules, and responsive breakpoints - everything is pre-decided, this is implementation, not design - Staging WordPress environment with Elementor Pro already installed - Placeholder company name, logo, and contact info to build against (real branding provided after contract is signed) What you'll need to deliver: - Pixel-accurate implementation of the Figma design across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints - Built with Elementor Flexbox Containers (not legacy Sections/Columns) so it stays easy for a non-technical team to edit later - Clean, semantic structure - proper heading hierarchy, alt text placeholders on images, accessible focus states, real WCAG AA color contrast (values will be provided) - Tested in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox Process: - Paid via 3 Upwork milestones (approval required before each milestone releases) - Milestone 1: Home + About page drafts - 1 round of revisions included - Milestone 2: Services + Contact page drafts - 1 round of revisions included - Milestone 3: Final delivery - all 4 pages finalized, responsive, header/footer wired, - 2 rounds of revisions included Timeline: Final delivery needed by Wednesday, September 16.
