AI Consultation - Looking for AI Model / agent similar to chatgpt 4o-mini

Budget $10 (Don't apply if you want more) Consultation Time: 30 mins over Teams. What is the biggest challenge with latest ChatGPT 5.5 Model and similar AI (Gemini, Claude)? They act as "stupid" chatbots who cannot understand complex reality we live in. Chatgpt 4o-mini was much more powerful in analysing reality and providing useful insights, and right the only way to trigger 4o-mini is to use advanced voice for about 2h and reach the limit and it goes back to 4o-mini however I suspect ChatGPT will remove this model in the near future. I am after AI expert who can fully understand the challenge between 4o-mini and latest 5.5 chatgpt and offer alternatives. I currently run a proof of concept of chatgpt text embedded 3 large with knowledge tunning and instructions which is at early stage but I suspect it may be difficult to replicate 4o-mini. I tried 5.5 with project instructions and it is still "stupid" and doesn't understand reality and provides shallow recommendations or answers. I am after an Expert who can provide me alternatives that either exist or can be developed easily as a proof of concept and replicate 4o-mini understanding of reality.
