AI Developer for Travel Club

We're a global travel club looking for an AI developer to build the internal systems and tools our team uses every day. You'll take ideas from management and turn them into reliable, production-ready AI-powered tools that save time and streamline operations. **What you'll build** - An in-house CRM and ticket desk to replace off-the-shelf tools - AI support agents that handle member questions and route tickets to the right team - Marketing tools for content, campaigns, and member outreach - New internal projects as needs come up **What we're looking for** - Proven experience shipping LLM-powered apps to production (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, or similar), including agents, retrieval (RAG), and tool use - Strong full-stack skills: a modern backend (Python, Node, or .NET), a web front end (React or similar), and SQL databases - Experience integrating with APIs, email, chat, and third-party systems - You use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to move fast without cutting corners on quality - Clear communication and the ability to work independently from a rough brief **Nice to have** - Experience building CRM, helpdesk, or customer support systems - Background in travel, membership, or subscription businesses **Engagement:** Long-term and ongoing, with steady work for the right person. **To apply, please include:** 1.
