I run Newstrokes, an AI consulting agency. I'm building an AI acquisition engine - a system that finds the right prospects, enriches and scores them, personalizes outreach, and keeps my CRM honest without me touching a spreadsheet. I know exactly what I want it to do. I want someone who has built this kind of thing before to build it with me, not explain it to me. This is not a one-off automation. It's an ongoing build with a clear roadmap, and I'd like the same person on it for the next 6–12 months. What you'd be building 1. The acquisition engine Prospect sourcing and enrichment from multiple sources (LinkedIn, Apify actors, scrapers, enrichment APIs) A scoring layer that decides who's actually worth my time, and why Personalized multi-channel outbound - email and LinkedIn - that reads like a person wrote it Two-way HubSpot sync so pipeline state is always real 2. Agentic workflows Claude / OpenAI agents that run research, drafting, and qualification tasks on a schedule Custom MCP servers and skills to connect my tools to Claude Orchestration, retries, guardrails, and human approval steps where they matter 3. Data & integrations plumbing API integrations, pipelines, and job scheduling that survive contact with reality Logging, error handling, cost monitoring, and a dashboard so I can see what the system is doing Documentation good enough that I can operate it without you in the room What I'm looking for 5+ years engineering, with production LLM systems shipped - not demos, not notebooks Strong Python (or TypeScript/Node) and comfort living in APIs Real experience with agent frameworks and tool use; MCP experience is a strong plus You've built outbound, growth, or GTM automation before and understand deliverability, rate limits, and why "spray and pray" breaks CRM integration experience, ideally HubSpot You make judgement calls on architecture and tell me when my idea is the expensive way to do it How I like to work Small scoped chunks, working software every week, no six-week silences One weekly call, async the rest of the time You own the technical decisions; I own the go-to-market decisions Clean, documented, handover-ready code from day one
