AI-Native Full-Stack Developer

We need a developer to build a custom hospitality and compliance platform from the ground up. The project includes creating a user-friendly interface, integrating AI features, and ensuring the system supports compliance workflows. You will help shape the product, collaborate on requirements, and deliver a scalable solution for a growing business. Experience building custom web applications and working with AI-enhanced workflows is important. We are seeking an independent, high-velocity Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build a proprietary hospitality automation and localized compliance backend from scratch. The platform serves 3 luxury pilot properties in Piedmont, Italy, and must feature a highly scalable, multi-tenant database structure designed to seamlessly onboard third-party host subscribers in the future. Core Technical Deliverables (Phase 1 MVP): 1. Multi-Channel Interlocking Relational Database: Asynchronous iCal sync loops crossreading and instantly freezing inventory simultaneously across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and our internal Direct Booking portal to eliminate overlapping configurations and guarantee exclusive physical property use. 2. Direct Regional Compliance Integration: Direct custom API/Web Services socket to the ROSS 1000 regional gateway, handling automated demographic formatting and metadata payloads with automated under-12 municipal city-tax exemptions. Data entry is fully delegated to guests via mobile forms, but the host retains ultimate legal liability via a secure verification dashboard layout, backed by an automated force-send fail-safe trigger at 20:00 CEST on the arrival day. 3. ZTL Browser Automation: Direct background programmatic connector interacting with a municipal access gateway via Playwright or Puppeteer, including automated background cron-jobs for periodic portal password rotation and guest-managed last-minute license plate modifications. 4. Proactive Error Alerting: Instant high-priority WhatsApp/SMS host notifications in case of external portal connectivity errors or government server downtime. 5. WhatsApp Business API Lifecycles: Milestone-triggered messaging stream constrained within a strict 09:00 - 21:00 CEST Silent Window, linking to responsive web instruction pages and local territory guides. Guest has a frontend choice to pay city tax via Bank Wire or Cash, logging the preference directly into our PostgreSQL schema. Required Technical Stack:  Frontend: Responsive, mobile-optimized lightweight web views (React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS).  Backend: Node.js / TypeScript.
