AI-Powered Telegram Bot Developer – LLM, Data API & Payments

Project Description I am looking for an experienced developer to build a commercial AI-powered Telegram bot with automated data retrieval, intelligent search, personalized notifications and paid subscriptions. The goal is to develop a functional, reliable and cost-efficient MVP that can be expanded in the future. Main Requirements - Somantic Data API integration to retrieve and process relevant listings, subject to the provider's available functionality and API documentation; - AI/LLM integration from the beginning to understand natural-language requests and intelligently match results with user preferences; -Multilingual AI interaction, including automatic language detection and responses in the user's preferred language; - Personalized search settings that users can save and modify; - Automated monitoring of new listings and notifications about relevant results; - Duplicate detection and efficient data processing; - Database for user preferences and relevant listing information; - Telegram Stars integration for paid subscriptions, including payment verification and subscription management; - Cost-efficient AI architecture using caching, reusable results and minimal unnecessary API calls; - Secure, reliable hosting and infrastructure. Technical Approach I am open to different technologies, including Python, LLM APIs and suitable database solutions. The developer should recommend the most efficient architecture, prioritizing low operating costs, reliability and future scalability. The initial MVP should include all essential features without unnecessary complexity. Ownership & Security - Complete source code delivery through a private GitHub repository owned by me; - Exclusive commercial usage and modification rights to custom-developed code; - All Telegram, hosting, database, payment and API accounts must remain under my control; - Secure handling of credentials and user data; - Documentation and complete project handover; - Confidentiality of project information. Budget & Timeline My target budget is approximately €1,000, with a preferred development timeline of 7–14 days. I am open to discussing the technical scope, but AI integration, Somantic Data API, Telegram Stars and source code delivery are essential. I prefer a fixed-price contract with milestone-based payments.
