Hi, I’m building a small prototype for HVAC companies. I need a very simple missed-call recovery system: Customer calls a Twilio business number. If the call is missed, automatically send the customer an SMS. Customer replies to the SMS. The system asks 3–4 questions about their HVAC problem. Collect their name, phone number, problem, address, and whether it is an emergency. Send the completed lead to the business by email or SMS. For Version 1, I do NOT need: AI A website A dashboard A mobile app A CRM Payments I want the simplest reliable prototype possible using Twilio and either Make.com, n8n, or another inexpensive automation platform.
