# AI Social Content Creator – Parenting & Fatherhood Reels We’re looking for a **highly creative, social-first content creator** to help us produce motivational and inspirational short-form video content at scale. The content will primarily focus on **fatherhood, parenting, family, masculinity and what it means to be a good dad/man**. This role is heavily focused on **Instagram/Facebook Reels and short-form vertical video**. ### What you'll be doing * **Create high-quality motivational and inspirational Reels** around fatherhood, parenting, relationships, family and being a man/dad. * **Use AI creatively** to help generate visuals, video, voiceovers, concepts and other assets that can then be edited into compelling social content. * **Edit short-form video** using strong hooks, music, pacing, captions, storytelling and visuals designed to stop people scrolling. * **Produce content at scale** by building smart AI-powered workflows that allow us to dramatically increase output **without sacrificing quality**. * Understand what performs across **Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts**, and use that knowledge to continually develop new formats and ideas. ### The important bit... We are **NOT** looking for someone to churn out generic AI slop. AI is the tool, **not the creative idea**. We want someone with great taste, strong editing skills and a genuinely deep understanding of social media who knows how to use AI to make **great content faster and at greater scale**. You should be comfortable experimenting with the latest AI image, video, voice and creative tools and constantly looking for new ways to improve the quality of what we produce.
