Back-Office System + AI Automation

Bangkok golf tour operator needs a freelance developer to build a central back-office system that reduces manual re-keying and improves trip data management. The system should include a trip database, booking confirmation form, per-person payment tracking, supplier payments board, automated per-trip P&L, and cross-department notifications. AI should handle repetitive tasks such as extracting supplier invoice details from email attachments, matching them to the correct trip, and drafting booking emails from trip data. You should have experience building internal systems, API integrations, and workflow automation, with a strong plus for document parsing or OCR experience. English-speaking freelancers are preferred.
