Build a website, database, and AI agent integration for a b2b marketplace

Siftpex is a technology company developing a secure digital platform for professional users across selected commercial sectors. The company’s objective is to improve how organizations access, manage and use industry information through a reliable, user-friendly and scalable online service that supports better operational and commercial decision-making. The project encompasses the design, development, deployment and operation of a secure, scalable and AI-enabled Siftpex web platform covering the public website, searchable listings, detailed opportunity pages, buyer and seller registration, organization accounts and permissions, seller submissions, buyer requirements, saved listings and searches, alerts, dashboards, subscription and payment management, customer notifications, administration, moderation and human-review functions. Its Azure-first technical architecture combines Next.js, PostgreSQL, Blob Storage, Service Bus, containerized Python workers, Stripe, email services and regionally controlled OpenAI processing, supported by automated ingestion, document extraction, normalization, taxonomy classification, duplicate detection, evidence tracking, deterministic valuation, buyer matching and bounded AI agents operating through controlled workflows with human approval for sensitive actions. Delivery is structured across three progressive stages—MVP, production growth and enterprise scale—with enhanced search, reporting, automation, performance, security, monitoring, resilience and business capabilities introduced as user demand and operational requirements evolve. As an initial stage 0, we currently are looking for technical consultant to evaluate and assist in drafting project scope, technical requirements, cost and time calculations for an MVP. This stage is also meant to build relationship with a full time AI engineer/stack developer, that can work on the project for the long term approximately 9-12 months.
