Claude Code CLI Developers — AI-Native Development - (Argentina)

We're an Australian fitness education and vocational training company running an AI-native development model. We're hiring 2 developers who work exclusively through Claude Code CLI — not an IDE with an AI plugin bolted on. If your workflow is Cursor, Copilot, or Windsurf, this role isn't for you. We want people who live in the terminal, drive Claude Code as their primary development interface, and understand how to structure context, documentation packs, and prompts so agentic coding sessions produce production-quality output. What you'll work on: Internal operations platform — Next.js 15, FastAPI, Cloud SQL Postgres, Cloud Run, with a manifest-driven module framework and a large MCP gateway connecting 20+ business systems (accounting, payments, CRM, student management, BigQuery, and more) Mobile coaching app — Flutter, mid-migration to GCP (Cloud SQL Postgres 16, FastAPI, Firebase Auth, Cloud Run), moving toward AI coaching capabilities backed by a RAG service Regulated assessment module — an AI-augmented assessment tool for the Australian VET sector where auditability and role-gated access are non-negotiable A new sales and marketing platform, plus finance dashboards, lead tracking, a headless website rebuild, and other applications across three business entities Required: Demonstrated real-world experience developing with Claude Code CLI (be ready to describe your workflow: how you manage context, CLAUDE.md files, multi-session projects, MCP servers) Strong Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript/React (Next.js) Postgres — schema design, RLS, migrations GCP: Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, IAM basics Comfortable working from detailed documentation packs and writing them back Nice to have: MCP server development or integration Playwright test automation RAG/vector search experience Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy domains
