Complex PDF Table Extraction

I have a batch of scanned-PDF files—together they hold somewhere between 11 and 50 individual tables—but the challenge is that each table follows its own layout. I need every one of those tables accurately lifted out of the scans, cleaned, and delivered in a single Excel workbook...
