Computer Vision Script for House Identification

Need an expert to develop a script that identifies houses on predefined Google Maps areas using top-view drone images as input. The solution should process drone shots, detect house locations, and map them accurately despite the possible differences in vegetation coverage and color, roof color over time and other changing details.
