Convert Mechanical 2D To NX 3D

I have a package of mechanical part drawings in 2-D and I need them rebuilt as light-weight 3-D assemblies in UG NX. The goal is to capture correct overall geometry and key dimensions only; no intricate features, kinematics, or fully functional components are required at this stage...
