Custom Web App for Used-Car Quote Aggregation

We're building TopBid, a used-car quote-aggregation platform for Singapore. Sellers list a car once, verified dealers submit competing bids, and sellers see ranked bids with dealer identities masked until acceptance. The platform takes a facilitation fee from dealers post-sale, with no payments passing through us. We're two non-technical founders seeking a full-time developer to build a custom web app we own outright. The project includes three portals, strong server-side permission logic, and integrations for WhatsApp/Telegram, Airwallex, and future Myinfo/Singpass. One open technical unknown is pulling vehicle data from an LTA-issued access code, which may require a short research spike.
