Frontend Developer: TailwindCSS, JavaScript, Svelte

We're a FinTech startup based in Germany and currently looking for a proficient and reliable frontend or full-stack engineer, specialised in TailwindCSS and JS (Python & Django as a bonus). Estimated workload is expected to be at least 30+ hours a week. A good availability would be key. We would love to work with you on the following tasks: - convert Figma frames + Lovable prototypes into *high quality* HTML/TailwindCSS code - refactor existing templates - working with REST APIs - create single page applications using Svelte - develop components to improve responsiveness and overall performance - improve functionality of existing systems Ideally, your skills matching with the list below: - Highly proficient with HTML, TailwindCSS, JS and Svelte - Proficient with GenAI tools in order to achieve the highest productivity - However, we're not looking for "Claude Code prompt engineers", but people who really understand their craft. - Very good problem solving skills - Experience with modern web frontend frameworks and tools - Strong sense of ownership and focus on long-term usability and extensibility - Upper intermediate English skills required (B2 or better).
