Static Enterprises LLC is seeking an established development agency to lead Frontend & Product Experience for Static AI, our conversational AI and CRM platform serving collection agencies, sales teams, and other high-volume call operations.
We have an existing platform and a defined frontend improvement roadmap. Your agency will take responsibility for modernizing the interface, improving usability, and creating a cohesive product experience across administrator, manager, and agent roles.
We are proposing an 18-month revenue-participation partnership. The agreed initial frontend overhaul must be completed within 60 days of project kickoff, followed by ongoing development, maintenance, and improvements.
Your agency’s responsibilities will include:
Reviewing the existing React frontend, component architecture, dependencies, build process, and performance issues.
Updating React and supporting dependencies while preserving required functionality and integrations.
Implementing a consistent design system covering typography, spacing, colors, components, navigation, and interaction patterns.
Redesigning dashboards and user workflows around the practical needs of administrators, managers, and agents.
Improving account navigation, information hierarchy, forms, tables, search, and other core CRM interactions.
Creating an immersive interface through purposeful animations, transitions, microinteractions, and appropriate 3D elements.
Building guided demo experiences that teach users how to operate the platform through interactive walkthroughs, contextual text, instructional popups, and embedded videos.
Developing onboarding experiences tailored to each user role so users understand their responsibilities and available tools.
Improving responsive behavior, accessibility, keyboard navigation, and loading, empty, success, and error states.
Improving frontend responsiveness, rendering efficiency, and resource usage, including investigation of build-related memory consumption.
Connecting the interface to working backend and calling functionality in coordination with the relevant development teams.
Maintaining reusable components, design assets, technical documentation, and tests for critical user journeys.
Your agency must provide three frontend developers and a project manager, with senior React leadership and UI/UX expertise available within the team. The agency will be responsible for funding and managing its delivery team.
The 60-day delivery requirement is central to this engagement. Your implementation schedule must include assessment, design, development, integration, testing, and corrections within that period. Proposals should explain how the assigned team will meet this requirement.
You will work alongside our Backend, AI/Voice/Telephony, Infrastructure, and QA departments. Clear coordination is essential to ensure the interface accurately reflects system behavior and supports complete user workflows.
We expect work to be developed and validated in our sandbox environment before entering the approved production release process. Code, design files, components, and documentation must remain accessible in company-controlled systems, with clear handoff procedures.
Performance will be measured through agreed milestones, accepted screens and workflows, usability, frontend performance, consistency, and defect resolution. Completion requires functioning integrations and validated user journeys, with release-blocking issues resolved.
Specific acceptance criteria and intermediate milestones will be established at kickoff. Regular demonstrations and concise progress reports will make completed work, dependencies, and remaining issues visible.
We are proposing the following revenue-participation structure over the 18-month agreement:
2% of the first $100,000 in eligible monthly seat-subscription revenue.
1.5% of the next $400,000.
1% of eligible monthly seat-subscription revenue above $500,000.
These are marginal tiers: each percentage applies only to revenue within its respective band.
Eligible revenue will be based on covered seat-subscription payments collected, with exclusions for refunds, credits, chargebacks, taxes, usage charges, hardware, one-time services, and unrelated revenue. Detailed eligibility, payment calculations, performance requirements, and termination provisions will be defined in the final agreement.
This arrangement does not include a flat project fee or guaranteed minimum payment. Actual compensation depends on eligible revenue.
Please address these three points in your proposal:
Share examples of SaaS interfaces your agency both designed and implemented. Explain your team’s responsibilities and any measurable improvements in usability, onboarding, or performance.
Identify the three frontend developers and project manager you would assign, their relevant experience, committed availability, and your approach to completing the agreed scope within 60 days.
Confirm your interest in the proposed 18-month revenue-participation structure and explain how your agency would fund and sustain the required team, ongoing development, and maintenance.
We are looking for a team that combines strong frontend engineering with thoughtful product design and takes responsibility for delivering an intuitive, polished, dependable experience.
