Full Stack Developer for CRM & AI

Full Stack Developer (CRM & AI Platform) We're building the future of overseas education. We help students study abroad through AI-powered university matching, admissions support, visa guidance, and personalized counseling. We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to build and scale our internal platform, automate workflows, integrate AI, and create an exceptional experience for students and counselors. ## Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain The Arch's internal CRM and operations platform. * Build modern web applications using React/Next.js and Node.js. * Develop secure REST APIs and backend services. * Integrate with Zoho CRM and third-party APIs. * Build AI-powered features using OpenAI and other LLMs. * Develop automation workflows using n8n or similar tools. * Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL databases. * Implement authentication, role-based access control, and security best practices. * Optimize application performance and scalability. * Collaborate with the founders to transform business ideas into production-ready features. ## Required Skills * Strong experience with React.js or Next.js. * Strong backend development experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS). * Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL. * Experience building REST APIs. * Proficiency with Git and GitHub. * Understanding of cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure, or similar). * Experience integrating third-party APIs. * Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. ## Preferred Skills * Experience with Zoho CRM APIs or other CRM integrations. * Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or workflow automation. * Experience integrating OpenAI or other AI APIs. * Docker and containerization. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. * Experience building SaaS platforms. * Basic UI/UX understanding. ## Nice to Have * Experience in EdTech or Study Abroad industry. * Experience with WhatsApp Business API. * Experience with Twilio. * Experience with payment gateway integrations. * Experience building analytics dashboards. ## What You'll Build You will work on features such as: * Student Dashboard * Counselor Dashboard * Lead Management * AI University Shortlisting * Scholarship Recommendation Engine * SOP Generator & Review * Visa Tracking System * Document Management * Appointment Scheduling * Workflow Automation * Analytics Dashboard * Commission Tracking * Internal Admin Panel Bonus: If you've built a CRM, ERP, SaaS platform, or AI-powered application before, include screenshots or demos with your application.
