Full Stack Developer for Sales Dashboard

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to build and enhance a high-performance Sales Dashboard. The ideal candidate will take ownership of developing intuitive UI components for complex sales metrics, designing efficient backend APIs to process transactional/sales data in real time, and maintaining robust database operations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive, data-intensive UI dashboards and interactive charts using React.js. Build, optimize, and maintain scalable APIs on Node.js to handle aggregation and querying of high-volume sales and financial data. Integrate data visualizations (charts, graphs, reports, export features) to present key sales KPIs and metrics clearly. Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure fast query execution, proper indexing, and data integrity for real-time reporting. Integrate third-party sales, payment, or analytics tools (e.g., Stripe, Shopify, CRM systems, advertising platforms) via RESTful APIs/Webhooks. Implement role-based access control (RBAC), secure authentication, and data privacy controls. Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experience across devices. Key Requirements Frontend: 3+ years of commercial development experience with React.js and TypeScript. Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., Chart.js, Recharts, D3.js, Highcharts, or Tremor). Proficient in state management (React Query, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand) for handling dynamic asynchronous data. Strong skills in building clean, modern layouts using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, or component libraries (MUI, Shadcn UI). Backend: Strong commercial experience with Node.js (Express.js or NestJS). Solid experience designing and optimizing database queries for analytics and reporting (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB). Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and data aggregation pipelines. Experience with secure authentication and user authorization protocols (JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC). General & Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented approach to business logic and numerical data accuracy. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD practices.
