Full Stack Developer – SaaS

**DO NOT CONTACT ME OUTSIDE OF UPWORK** About the Project We are building a B2B/B2C SaaS platform that helps business owners and individuals track their software licenses and subscriptions. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer and Technical Lead to take full ownership of the project and build this platform independently from scratch. This is a strictly independent, hands-on role for a self-starter who has previously led and launched SaaS products entirely on their own. Key Expectations & Ownership: • Complete End-to-End Ownership: You will be sole technical owner responsible for architecture, database design, back-end APIs, and front-end execution. • Product Leadership: You need to drive technical decisions independently, convert product requirements into clean code, and solve complex problems without needing technical guidance or day-to-day management. • Execution: Build scalable, secure, and production-ready code from the ground up. Responsibilities: • Architect, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end infrastructure from scratch. • Build scalable, secure APIs and database architecture. • Collaborate directly with the product manager and designer to transform concepts into functional features. • Set up deployment pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness. Requirements: • Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Solo Developer who has successfully built and launched SaaS products end-to-end • High autonomy and proven ability to work completely independently without engineering management • Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue or similar) and back-end environments (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) • Direct experience designing relational or NoSQL databases from scratch • Practical experience setting up and managing cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Availability to work on Sundays Nice to Have • Prior experience building subscription management, license tracking, or billing systems. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation and DevOps practices.
