Job Title: Full-Stack Developer / Team for Multi-Tenant Financial SaaS Platform – SACCO & Investment Ledger Job Description: We are seeking an experienced full-stack software developer or small development team to build the MVP Foundation Release of a financial record-management SaaS platform. The platform is designed for SACCOs, investment clubs, savings groups and similar member-based organisations that collectively manage members’ funds. This is not a simple savings tracker or generic CRUD application. The platform will handle real financial records and requires strong thinking around financial data integrity, transaction architecture, maker-checker approvals, multi-tenancy, loans, investments, movement of funds, audit trails and reporting. The selected developer/team will receive a detailed Development Scope and formal Bid Pack after initial prequalification. Core MVP Areas The platform will include: 1-Multi-tenant organisation architecture 2-Organization onboarding and role-based access 3-Member and external borrower management 4-Member savings/contributions and withdrawals 5-Loans and repayments 6-Guarantors and basic collateral records 7-Maker-checker approval workflows 8-Permanent financial transaction ledger and audit trail 9- Basic Funds & Investments module 10-Cash and bank positions 11-Fixed deposits, Treasury bills, bonds and other investments 12-Professional fund-manager allocations 13-Inter-position / investment transfers 14-Investment income and gains 15-Losses and write-offs 16-Dashboard showing where an organisation’s members’ funds are currently held or deployed 17-Basic financial reports 18-Prepaid platform balance 19-Payment gateway integration 20-Production SMS/Email integration 21-Responsive web application suitable for smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops Who We Are Looking For: We are particularly interested in developers or teams with demonstrated experience building one or more of the following: Financial management systems SACCO or cooperative systems Loan-management systems Accounting or ledger systems Investment or portfolio-management systems Fintech applications Multi-tenant SaaS platforms Payment systems Applications involving financial approval workflows and audit trails Strong general software-development experience is welcome, but relevant financial-systems experience will be a significant advantage. Technical Expectations: We are not prescribing a specific technology stack at this stage. However, the proposed architecture should support: Secure multi-tenant SaaS deployment Strong tenant data isolation Structured relational financial data Role-based access control Maker-checker workflows Reliable financial transaction processing Permanent and auditable financial history API integrations Secure cloud deployment Future scalability without unnecessary rebuilding Important This is intended to become a real production product, not a demonstration prototype.
