Full-Stack Engineer

We're currently on a mission to build a backend-centric intelligence platform that brings together data from multiple sources and turns it into structured insights and decision outputs for web and mobile applications. It's a multi-tenant, ERP-style system used daily by real businesses to run their operations. We're looking for a full-stack engineer to help build and scale it - someone solid, sharp, and genuinely interested in the work. What you'll do: - Build and scale a complex, multi-tenant SaaS platform used daily by real businesses. - Own feature implementation end to end - from the Postgres function, through the API, to the UI. - Keep customer data properly separated on every query, in a system where several companies' data lives side by side. - Build and evolve REST endpoints, keeping multiple consumers of the same backend consistent as it changes. - Work with Supabase - auth, PostgREST, RPC, storage - and Deno edge functions, integrating APIs securely. - Contribute to a shared design system: reusable components and consistent UI patterns. - Help build the internal tools, product infrastructure, and performance optimizations that support AI-assisted development across the team. What we're looking for: - 3+ years of production experience building full-stack or frontend-heavy applications. - Postgres, in depth. RLS, SECURITY DEFINER and what it actually does to row-level security, the GRANT/role model. You can look at a query and say who ends up able to read what - including the indirect leaks. - Multi-tenant data separation. You've worked on a system where several customers' data sits in one database, and you understand why that separation has to be re-proven on every single query. - TypeScript across the stack. React, Vite, Tailwind, React Router on the frontend; Deno edge functions on the backend. REST API design. Building and evolving versioned endpoints, handling auth and scopes, keeping multiple consumers of the same backend consistent. - Component architecture. Comfortable with component composition, state management, and routing/access control in a non-trivial frontend. - Solid Git fundamentals. Branching, merging, resolving conflicts on a shared repo with other people. - Ships things. From Postgres function to API to screen. - Works AI-assisted. Reviews what the AI produces rather than trusting it outright - and is genuinely faster with it than without. - Verifies instead of assuming. Measures a claim before making it, including against production data. - English as a working language.
