Full-Stack Web Developer, Ecommerce Specialist & SEO Expert

To provide ongoing full-stack web development, ecommerce management, technical SEO and digital marketing services through Upwork for the following businesses: 1. Fencing Products 2 U (FP2U) — USD $1,000 per calendar month Ongoing WordPress and WooCommerce development, maintenance and management, including advanced backend and frontend development, ecommerce functionality, product management, website enhancements, performance optimisation, technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, Google Ads management and conversion optimisation. Responsibilities include: WordPress and WooCommerce development, custom functionality and ongoing website maintenance. Advanced PHP development, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive frontend development. WooCommerce customisation, product management, checkout optimisation, payment gateway integrations and ecommerce functionality. Backend development, database management, API integrations and third-party service integrations. Website security, troubleshooting, bug fixing, hosting-related issues and performance optimisation. Technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, metadata optimisation, schema markup and internal linking. Google Ads campaign management, optimisation and performance monitoring. Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console and conversion tracking implementation. Core Web Vitals, page speed optimisation, structured data and search engine visibility improvements. The monthly allocation is capped at 50 hours. 2. Swift Powdercoating & Fencing — USD $400 per calendar month Ongoing SEO, website development and digital marketing support, including: Technical SEO audits and implementation of recommended improvements. On-page and off-page SEO, keyword research and content optimisation. Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation and local search visibility. Website frontend and backend improvements using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3. WordPress maintenance, website updates, landing page enhancements and responsive design improvements. Metadata, heading structure, image optimisation, internal linking and schema markup. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console monitoring. Website performance monitoring, error troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation. Approximately 4–5 hours per week will be allocated within the monthly budget. Monthly Service Fees & Working Arrangement The total service fee for both businesses is capped at USD $1,400 per calendar month, comprising: Fencing Products 2 U: USD $1,000 per month. Swift Powdercoating & Fencing: USD $400 per month. Advertising expenditure, Upwork service fees and approved third-party expenses are additional. All work priorities, deliverables and monthly objectives will be agreed with Paula. Any additional hours, expenses or work beyond the agreed scope will require her written approval before commencement. Only actual hours worked will be billed, subject to the agreed monthly budgets and hour allocations. Reporting & Performance Monitoring A separate monthly report will be provided for each business, covering: Completed development, maintenance and SEO activities. Hours utilised and remaining monthly allocation. Website performance, traffic and engagement metrics. Keyword rankings, organic search visibility and SEO progress. Google Ads performance and conversion tracking results, where applicable. Technical improvements, issues resolved and recommendations. Priorities, objectives and planned activities for the following month. Ownership, Communication & Approval All business accounts, website content, source code, customer data, analytics data and completed work will remain the property of the respective businesses. Significant website changes, new functionality, design modifications and major technical implementations will be submitted for approval before publication or deployment. Regular communication and coordination with Paula will ensure that development, SEO and marketing activities remain aligned with each business's priorities and growth objectives. Agreement Duration & Termination Either party may terminate this arrangement by providing 14 days' written notice through Upwork. Payment will be made for all work completed within the agreed monthly budgets and authorised scope up to the termination date.
