GTM Systems Engineer (Salary + SUBSTANTIAL bonuses), Cold Outbound + CRM

We are a commercial real estate capital advisory firm in Florida. We match lenders with developers who need capital for their projects. Twelve years in business, over a billion dollars in commercial real estate financed, seven figures in fee revenue last year on old-fashioned referrals and existing client relationships alone, with no working AI outbound system. That system now exists and is proven. Small team, bootstrapped, profitable, and expert in our domain. We are happy to show you and prove all of it. We built an AI research engine that finds and qualifies prospects for us, and it works. A recent cold campaign ran roughly 2,100 sequences at about a 2% positive reply rate, against a historical baseline near 0.1%. It produced a signed client and a second engagement we are quoting now. The engine works. The machinery around it does not run without me. That is the job. What you would own • Domain and inbox allocation across 40+ domains and 150+ inboxes, across both Outlook and Gmail sending lanes based on the recipients' mailbox providers. Which inbox sends what, at what volume, what is warming, what is resting, and a view that shows the current state at a glance. • The cold campaigns already running, including drip sequences and cold call follow ups. • Merging new records into a Salesforce database carrying twelve years of history, without losing data or merging the wrong people together. • Integrations across Instantly, Clay, Trigger.dev, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Supabase, Slack, and a long list of data and enrichment tools. • Documentation, dashboards and alerting good enough that the system runs while nobody is watching. First two projects A domain, inbox and campaign management tool, hosted locally. This is the current blocker, and I have leads sitting in campaigns waiting on it. Then the matching and merging work. We build in Claude Code, or another frontier AI coding assistant. We can use a pre-built system where one genuinely meets our needs, or, more ideally, we build it ourselves. Either is fine by me, as long as it runs unattended and I can see it. Who this is for You understand outbound marketing. You are an absolute wizard at building AI agents in tools like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. You build systems rather than only configuring tools. You ask questions before you write code, then you ship in days rather than weeks. What you ship can be run by someone other than you. Terms Full time, $15 to $40 an hour, plus SUBSTANTIAL bonuses tied to outcomes. Specifically: positive replies generated, and proposals sent to clients. Our fees are large and a single deal moves the number. This converts to a fixed salary after the trial period. You pick where you sit on that range, and the bonuses move opposite to it: • Steady. Top of the range, smaller bonus multiple. You want predictable income while we build. • Balanced. Middle of the range, standard bonus multiple. • Upside. Bottom of the range, largest bonus multiple by a wide margin. You back yourself to make the system produce and you want to be paid for it. Targeting six figures USD total comp (roughly 2X the "steady" option, and higher if the team wins). Tell me which one you want and why.
