HealthCare WebApp - TypeScript Tech Lead

Looking for a tech lead to lead the finalisation of a regulated UK telemedicine and pharmacy platform- closing out one of our phases for delivery, guiding two developers, and owning architecture, code quality and deployments through to QA. Strong TypeScript/Next.js, Node, PostgreSQL, AWS and Stripe experience required; healthcare or fintech background a plus. Macro stack for the lead: - TypeScript / Node.js - backend API and all server-side business logic. - Next.js / React - all user-facing web apps (patient, clinician, pharmacy, admin). - PostgreSQL / Prisma - database and schema management. - AWS / Terraform / Docker - cloud hosting, infrastructure and deployments (no dedicated DevOps). - Auth0 - authentication, MFA and role-based access. - Stripe - payments, subscriptions and billing webhooks. - Whereby, Veriff, Twilio, AWS SES - video consultations, identity checks, SMS and email.
