HealthTech Data Integration & Clinical Data Standardization Project

***Job Description:*** We are looking for an experienced HealthTech engineering partner to support a short-term data integration initiative for one of our healthcare platforms. The objective of this engagement is to standardize clinical datasets, improve data quality, and prepare healthcare data for seamless interoperability with downstream systems. ***Project Scope*** - Review the provided healthcare datasets and existing data structure. - Standardize and transform clinical data into a consistent format. - Map data to FHIR resources where applicable. - Validate data quality and resolve inconsistencies. - Develop reusable scripts or workflows for future data processing. - Document the transformation and mapping logic. ***Expected Deliverables*** - Clean and standardized healthcare dataset. FHIR-compliant mapped output (where applicable). - Data validation report highlighting issues and resolutions. - Documentation of mapping rules and implementation approach. - Source code/scripts used during the transformation process. ***Required Experience*** - Healthcare data engineering. - HL7/FHIR interoperability. - Python and SQL. - Healthcare data transformation and validation. - Experience working with EHR/EMR data is preferred.
