Laravel + Flutter Developer — App Completion, Publishing & Ongoing Maintenance

Our platform is built and largely functional, we need a developer to take it over, finish the remaining work, get it published, and maintain it going forward. The stack: Backend: Laravel (PHP), Blade admin dashboard Mobile: Flutter — three apps (customer, driver, vendor), iOS and Android Infrastructure: Docker containers on Google Cloud Run, Artifact Registry Integrations: Stripe Connect, WhatsApp Business API, Google Maps What we need done: Take ownership of the existing codebase and get it building and deploying cleanly Get apps live on iOS Complete the Stripe Connect payment integration — split payments, automated payouts, tax withholding Ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and feature work after launch Required: Strong Laravel and Flutter experience Have personally published apps to both the App Store and Google Play, and handled review rejections Comfortable with Docker and Google Cloud deployment Clear, responsive communication; this is a working relationship, not a drop-off project Preferred: Experience with CodeCanyon marketplace templates, especially 6amMart Stripe Connect experience,
