Laravel/PHP Backend Messaging Layer Integration

We are seeking quotes from an experienced Laravel/PHP developer to build a secure messaging layer that sits between an existing Xano backend and one or more external systems. The purpose of the messaging layer is to provide a controlled boundary for API calls, webhook handling, message status tracking, retries, logging and audit history. The initial requirement is generic and should be quoted as a standalone backend work package. The supplier does not need detailed knowledge of the underlying business model in order to provide a quote.
