Lead Sourcing Engineer — Automated Pipeline from Public Business Registries (Python or n8n)

I need help building a deal sourcing platform to find off-market businesses that fit my search criteria. The platform should be able to filter businesses based on specific criteria and refine search results . The project involves data scraping and requires a proactive approach to identify potential deals. What I'm actually buying 1. A one-time census. Every dry cleaner and commercial laundry in the eight states — roughly 900–1,200 companies — in a sheet, enriched and scored A/B/C against my buy box. 2. A daily monitor. Once the census exists, the daily job watches it for change: new registrations, ownership filings, license lapses, review velocity dropping, a company appearing on a brokerage site. Roughly 5–15 events a week, not 10 cold names a day. 3. A simple dashboard to browse, filter, and mark companies I've contacted. Retool, Streamlit, Airtable, Softr — I don't care, as long as I can use it without you. This is NOT: 1. A chatbot, a RAG system, or a GPT wrapper 2. An "autonomous AI agent" that browses the web and figures it out 3. A Streamlit demo that works once during a screen share
