Long-term Tech Partner / Agency for Joint EU Grant Application (Anti-AI Platform / Estonia Entity)

We are looking for an established software development agency (SME) based in Eastern Europe (Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, etc.) to act as our technical partner and joint-applicant for upcoming EU Deep-Tech Grants (Eurostars / EIC Accelerator). [About the Project]: We are building a next-generation content protection and data sovereignty platform under an Estonia entity. Our mission is to defend European journalism and Asian creative media from unauthorized GAFA AI scraping. [Our Technology Stack (Tool-Integration Model)]: To speed up time-to-market, we focus on integrating existing market-leading tools rather than building from scratch: - Cloudflare Bot Management & Flutter Web (Canvas/WebAssembly) for front-end security. - University of Chicago's "Nightshade / Glaze" Python CLI on OVHcloud for back-end anti-AI poisoning. - Implementing an escrow licensing system using Stripe + Web3 Payment SDKs (LI.FI/Helio) to charge AI corporations a 100x premium license fee for legitimate, authorized data access via Base chain USDC payments. [Budget & Compensation Model]: Please note that this is a ZERO-UPFRONT budget project. We are looking for an agency to co-apply for the grant. Upon successful approval of the grant, your company will be awarded the exclusive development contract (valued at $80,000 USD) paid via Upwork milestones, along with dedicated budgets for documentation and training. [Requirements]: - Must be a registered agency/company (not a solo freelancer) with a proven track record in cybersecurity, Web3, or Python/Flutter. - Comfortable with 100% text-based asynchronous communication via Slack/Jira. - Experience with EU-funded projects or grant documentation is a huge plus.
