Medical Spa Bookkeeping Clean-Up

We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to clean up and organize the books for a growing Medical Spa business. Experience with medical, wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare businesses is a plus. Responsibilities • QuickBooks Cleanup & Catch-Up Bookkeeping • Reconcile Bank, Credit Card & Loan Accounts • Categorize Income & Business Expenses • Record Merchant Deposits (Square, Stripe, Clover, etc.) • Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable • Clean up Chart of Accounts • Reconcile Payroll Transactions • Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Reports • Ensure Accurate, CPA-Ready Financial Statements Requirements • Proven QuickBooks Online expertise • Experience with Medical Spa, Healthcare, Wellness, or Beauty businesses preferred • Strong cleanup, reconciliation, and financial reporting skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities Please include your relevant experience, similar projects, and your hourly or fixed-price proposal.
