MVP: Australia property services comparison & lead platform (Next.js preferred)

I’m building a private Australian web platform where consumers can compare local property-service professionals and request quotes. Categories include (examples): conveyancing / property legal, mortgage broking, and building inspections. This is a custom MVP, not a basic WordPress brochure site or a single contact form.
