Need someone to design a POC Harness for me (SQL) in Chain Lit

I have discussed a POC at my organization where i need to demonstrate that small LLMs can be guided with Large models to behave better than they would themselves in their own capacity. The idea is to implement this as PoC and the use case is complex SQL analysis generation. You can use a local minicpm local model with any llm of your choice from online service such as using free orca router. Take a fake customer database, and user will chat it for insights. Again, you can use OpenCode or any other AI coding tool to get it done, code doesn't matter right now but demonstration does.
