We're RedwoodRx, a US-based telehealth company selling prescription products direct-to-consumer in the men's health category. We're a small, fast-moving team with a performance-marketing DNA. Our growth engine is paid traffic into custom-built funnels, and our biggest bottleneck right now is how fast we can ship new landing pages, sales pages, and funnel variations — and how well we can measure what's working. We're looking for a developer who lives at the intersection of frontend engineering and conversion optimization to own that.
THE ROLE
We need a funnel developer — someone who can build and iterate landing pages, advertorials, sales pages, and funnel flows in our Next.js / TypeScript / GraphQL stack, and who treats conversion tracking as part of the build, not an afterthought.
You'll work alongside our existing developer (who owns the core platform) and our media buying team. They need a constant stream of new page variations to test against ad angles; you'll be the person who ships them fast, instruments them properly, and helps read the data to decide what to build next.
This is a part-time role to start (approx. 15-20 hrs/week), with a clear and quick path to more hours as we scale. You'll report directly to the founder.
Location: Remote — Europe or nearby timezones (e.g. Armenia, Georgia)
Hours: Part-time/Full-Time (15-40 hrs/week), working European business hours
Start date: As soon as possible
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Funnel & Page Production
- Build new landing pages, advertorials, and sales pages in our Next.js/TypeScript codebase — fast, clean, and mobile-first
- Create variations at volume: new angles, layouts, offers, and page structures for the media buying team to test
- Build reusable page components/templates so new variants ship in hours, not days
- Keep pages fast — Core Web Vitals and load speed directly affect our paid traffic economics
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
- Own end-to-end funnel tracking in PostHog (or bring your experience from Mouseflow, Hotjar, Amplitude, or similar): events, funnels, drop-off analysis, session replay
- Instrument every step — landing page, intake, checkout, purchase — so we always know where we're losing people
- Set up and QA A/B tests and report results honestly (including when the test is inconclusive)
- Work with the media buyers to make sure on-site events line up with what the ad platforms see
Checkout & Integration
- Work with our CheckoutChamp checkout flow — connecting pages into it, tracking through it, and improving conversioaround it
- Work with our GraphQL API layer for anything dynamic on the funnel pages
Compliance Guardrails
- Ship pages within our compliance rules for prescription products — we'll give you clear guardrails, you make sure every page respects them
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Strong, hands-on React / Next.js + TypeScred production pages, not just tutorials
- GraphQL experience (consuming APIs from the frontend)
- Real experience with funnel conversion tracking using a tool like PostHog, Mouseflow, Hotjar, or similar — you've set up event tracking and funnels yourself aat got built
- A CRO mindset: you think in terms of drop- page speed, not just pixels
- Available during European business hours
- Strong written English and the ability to work independently off a brief
HUGE PLUS
- CheckoutChamp experience — you've built or integrated funnels with it before
BONUS (NICE, NOT REQUIRED)
- Alpine.js experience
- Experience in DTC / subscription / high-risk verticals (telehealth, supplements, nutra, men's health)
- Experience working directly with media buyers and ad platform tracking (Meta pixel/CAPI, etc.)
- An eye for design — you can go from a rough idea to a decent-looking page without a full design handoff
COMPENSATION
- $20-35 USD/hour depending on demonstrated rs/week)
- Clear path to more hours and a bigger role as our funnel volume grows
HOW TO APPLY
In your proposal, please include:
1. A short intro and your experience with Next.js/TypeScript funnel or landing page work
2. Links to 2-3 pages or funnels you built (live if possible) — tell us what your role was
3. A specific example of conversion tracking you set up (PostHog, Mouseflow, or similar): what you instrumented, what the data showed, and what changed because of it
4. Whether you have CheckoutChamp (or Konnektive/Sticky.io) experience
5. Your availability (hours/week, timezone)
6. Make sure you write GOAT in the application to show you read the entire thing.
