Operations & Systems Manager (Growth Path to Operations Lead / COO) We’re looking for someone who loves building systems, improving processes and taking ownership. This isn’t a typical operations role where you simply execute tasks. We’re looking for someone who wants to gradually become the operational backbone of a fast-growing e-commerce company. You’ll start by taking ownership of Customer Operations—not by answering support tickets yourself, but by managing, improving and optimizing the entire operation. As you prove yourself, you’ll gradually take ownership over larger parts of the business, including logistics, supply chain, systems, automation, KPIs and team management, with the potential to grow into the operational right hand of the CEO.
