Performance optimization: improve lazy loading, monitor and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP). Dependency management: Keep Next.js, TypeScript, and npm packages up to date; resolve vulnerabilities. Deployment & uptime: Monitor Vercel deployments, resolve build failures, ensure CI/CD pipeline stability. 2. Feature Iteration (~60%) Tour & destination pages: Enhance existing tour detail pages, destination pages, and tour listing/filtering UX. Analytics integration: Set up and configure analytics/tracking tools (currently none deployed) — Google Analytics, Search Console integration, event tracking. New features: Build new pages, components, and functionality based on business requirements and design mockups. Content management: Support CMS updates and content workflows for the marketing team.
