Part-Time WordPress/PHP Developer for Real Estate App

We’re seeking a part-time developer to support a live real estate application. This contract role will start at about 10–20 hours per week and may grow into a full-time position. You’ll help maintain and improve the application, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing development. Ideal candidates have experience working on live projects and can communicate clearly while collaborating with the team. We are REALTOR®s who built Glasshouse (glasshouse-crm.com). It's a two-sided real estate CRM: agents manage their deals, and their clients get their own dashboard for the same deal. It runs as a custom WordPress plugin on WordPress.com. It uses the Claude API to read contracts and HOA packets, and Stripe for subscriptions. It's live with beta agents now. I'm looking for an experienced developer to review it and harden it before a wider launch: • Security review: login, permissions between agents and clients, file uploads, and the REST API. • Set up a staging site and version control (Git), so updates are tested before they go live. • Check the Stripe subscription flow and webhooks from start to finish. • Check email deliverability and error logging. • Point out anything that could break as more agents join.
