PDF Scans Re-typed to Word

I have a collection of scanned pages bundled as PDFs that need to be converted into editable Word documents. Each page is purely text; no complex tables or graphics, but I do want the basic headings, paragraphs and line breaks mirrored so the finished DOCX looks and reads like the original scan...
