Personal Assistant / E-Commerce Operations Support (Shopify)

We are seeking a personal assistant to join our small and dynamic team at a fast-growing eCommerce brand. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to me as CEO, helping with day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and organization, dispute handling, etc. You will work directly with me on a day-to-day basis. Another task will be customer support via email, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. You will assist with order tracking, product information, and address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. What we’re looking for: Fluent spoken and written English — we hold team meetings, so clear communication is a must Solid working knowledge of Shopify Admin At least 2–3 years of experience in customer support in an eCommerce environment - Shopify (experience with Zoho is preferred) Someone who is eager to learn our brand, our products, and our tone of voice — we don’t want a robot, we want a teammate.
