Procore to SAP Integration

Title: Procore–SAP S/4HANA Integration Specialist We are seeking an experienced integration specialist to design and implement a reliable integration between Procore and SAP S/4HANA. The integration should automate the exchange of construction project and financial data, reduce duplicate entry, and provide clear monitoring and error handling. Scope of work: - Review our Procore and SAP S/4HANA environments and business processes - Recommend the integration architecture and data-mapping approach - Integrate relevant records, potentially including: - Projects, companies, vendors, and cost codes - Commitments, purchase orders, and subcontracts - Budgets, change orders, invoices, and payments - Job costs and accounting status updates - Define the system of record and synchronization direction for each data type - Implement authentication, validation, duplicate prevention, logging, and retry handling - Test the integration in development or sandbox environments - Support user acceptance testing and production deployment - Provide technical documentation, data mappings, and operational support instructions Preferred technical experience: - Procore APIs, webhooks, financial tools, and ERP integrations - SAP S/4HANA Finance and Project System - SAP Integration Suite/CPI, BTP, OData, REST APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, or equivalent middleware - Construction accounting and project cost-control workflows - Secure cloud integration and master-data synchronization - Integration monitoring, reconciliation, and exception handling Expected deliverables: 1. Requirements and integration architecture document 2. Field-level data-mapping specification 3. Configured and tested Procore–SAP integration 4. Error-handling and reconciliation process 5. Deployment and rollback plan 6. Technical and administrator documentation 7. Knowledge-transfer session 8. Post-launch support proposal
